Bristol International Balloon Fiesta - bird's eye view via http://visitbristol.co.uk/

The 34th Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is finally here! We're really looking forward to all the exciting balloon based events this year's festival has in store for us, and hoping to capture some great images.

This week we've been finishing a site for a Spanish property management company, and continuing work on the new website for British Mensa. We said goodbye to a work experience student and have been enjoying our Google Nexus 7 tablet. Here is a new version of our Bristol Guide running on it:

Businesses & Social Media:

Last week we presented a few useful tools and tips related to blogging. Here's another resource worth looking at: '22 Top Blogging Tools Loved by the Pros'.

We agree that social media etiquette is important; here's a useful checklist to see if you follow these social media dos and don'ts. On a similar note, take a look at these to ensure that you avoid the 15 most common mistakes in social media marketing.

For companies aiming to recruit people with creative minds, it could be beneficial to be able to identify the innovative potential in your interviewees. Jocelyn Glei lists the top 5 qualities of productive creatives, which are worth reviewing before your next recruitment campaign.

Art & Design:

The Olympics continue to inspire creative design and art. Are you intrigued to know what Olympians consume? This photography project by Sarah Parker and Michael Bodium visualises the typical high-calorie diets of several Olympic athletes.

If you haven't experienced the atmosphere inside the 2012 Olympics Velodrome, you may be interested in this Tron-inspired animation by Crystal CG that entertains the crowds before each session. For those passionate about the history of the Olympics, Ichikawa's documentary film entitled 'Tokyo Olympiad', which pictures the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, is definitely worth seeing or at least reading about - we have found an interesting review by Alec Rojas.

Ryan Todd's illustrations for Carly's Pocket Guide Olympic app have also attracted our attention this week. They are extremely vibrant and eye-catching.

We would like to finish off with a video showing an impressive visual tour of Louis XIV's Famous Palace created by Google. Versailles 3D combines three dimensional scale models of the building and its interiors with music and video, to take you on a real-life-like excursion through this architectural wonder.

Now it's your turn:
